All of the Team was very knowledgeable, customer oriented and regularly communicated throughout the entire loan process. Mr. Alberto Guzman personally met with us and answered all of our questions and checked in on us every step of the way. We would recommend to anyone who is looking for a lender to finance their new home.

The communication with Tania Campain, Denice Hererra, April Lopez, and Sandra Rosales was excellent and reassuring. Cooperated with me on my wishes to use a VA Home Loan and stood by me. My credit history was considered non-existent because it had been too long to track payment history. [The Company] decided to do a traditional credit monitoring to try and get me approved for a loan. Our team worked hard to make sure we had everything we asked for from the builders (who were difficult at times) and made sure to have us closed by the original closing date that we were told from months in advance even though the builders made it difficult for them.
