Tania made the process for me and my husband purchasing our very first home extremely easy and simple! Being first time home buyers can be a scary process but she kept us informed throughout the entire process and answered any question or concerns we had promptly. I would recommend her to anyone!

Tania's team was very diligent in making this file work. There was several things that popped up on the buyers credit and situation out of everyone's control. Through creativity and thinking outside the box was able to get us to the closing table.
