What made this experience great was the communication between both parties. I believe communication is key when conducting business. Effective communication allows things to run smooth and efficient in order to get things done in a timely manner. Denice Herrera was our loan officer, and she always responded quickly and informed us of positive (and the difficult parts) of our mortgage process. I called Ms. Murray initially to get our loan started, and she answered immediately and began the process.
