Initially turned down by other lenders and advised to wait. But the home we wanted wasn't going to wait. Tania and her Team guided us through the process from preparation to closing. What made this experience great was the communication between both parties. I believe communication is key when conducting business. Effective communication allows things to run smooth and efficient in order to get things done in a timely manner.
