Tania and her team went above and beyond for our family and getting us to close! We are forever grateful to this team and recognize the hard work they put in! They made our first home buying experience a memorable one and were on top of every obstacle that came our way. Thank you again Tania and her team! I appreciate Tania reaching out to me directly, and working with Janet and me to insure the transaction was closed on time. She did everything she could to control even the controllables presented by underwriting. I'm asking that underlying completely review a file at least 3 weeks prior to closing instead of 3 day prior to closing. Tania worked feverishly to overcome the obstacles and I applaud her for that.
